Mylu terms of use

Your account

Use the same signed-in Mylu account to access your subscription on different devices. Guest accounts cannot subscribe. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

Mylu Plus

Mylu Plus is a monthly, automatically renewing subscription. The intended India price is ₹499 per month; the store displays the actual price, currency and applicable taxes before you confirm. Plus includes 10 successful AI replies per UTC day, with optional generated voice, shared across all phones using the same Mylu account. Free accounts receive 3 replies per UTC day. Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC (05:30 in India). Unused replies do not roll over.

Payment and cancellation

Purchases, renewal billing and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to that store’s terms. Manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and access continues until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or your Mylu account does not cancel store billing. Cancel your subscription before deleting your account. Restore purchases while signed into the original Mylu account if access is missing.

Availability and fair use

AI responses may be incorrect and are not professional advice. Do not rely on Mylu for emergencies. Network outages, store verification problems and service-wide spending safeguards may temporarily limit replies or voice. Do not attempt to bypass account or usage limits. A subscription does not provide unlimited usage.
